Oversized Loads for Botswana

Six surge protection tanks with a capacity of 100,630 liters (18 and 25 bars), equipped with butyl bladders for clean water, were manufactured in our Migennes workshop and shipped to Botswana, destined for two different sites as ordered by the WUC (Water Utilities Corporation).

Departing from Migennes on April 9th on oversized load trucks, and loaded onto ships in Antwerp on April 29th, the tanks arrived in Durban on May 30th, before being delivered to the two sites in mid-June. This long journey, carried out during the lockdown, was managed from start to finish by Charlatte Reservoirs, with the assistance of the freight forwarder RDT.
